Chapter Fifty Six: The Secret Room

"There has to be a way to stop those asteroids from happening." The voice was low and cold. The room where it came from was dark, so there is no way of telling who he was.

"The experiment has failed again," said another voice. It was calm but certain. "But now they are hiding it from us. The consequences may be greater this time. If we will not stop just before the danger zone then we can..."

"No. We must stop those asteroids!"

"We can stop it, yes, or we can let the Literary Committee to do it for us."

There was a moment of silence. Then the other voice responded, the tone of serious concern: "They were already banned. There is no way we can lead them to it."

The other person tried to repress a laughter.

"There is no way? You underestimate them."

The man with the low voice shook his head. He seem to not get his message across. "It is the scientific community that I am afraid of. We cannot afford a rebellion."

"A rebellion? There will be no rebellion." Still there is laughter in the air. The voice was never been more certain. "We can suppress it before it happens."

"How?" the voice asked.

"Through the perfect order."
