Chapter 189: Mustn't
It is in the certain meekness of humankind to feel attracted towards a certain goal, position, or power. Motivation of the human spirit has since been the model of an entire evolution of the philosophy of man, as is found in nature, but that we mustn't be too indulged for. Balance is impossible to achieve, a precondition which resulted in the extinction of certain species, in which man must have contributed to their destruction, but wouldn't entirely admit.
As a result, humans fall into the trap of greed, or desperation, as human nature pursues its own kind of reality; to gain positions of favor, to gaze at the weakness of others, and to flex our own sources of power. It is in this false pretense that we dwell in the habit, rather than not, because it is comfortable, and it takes a whole lot of difficulty to get the grown ups to do the right thing.
But to be a child, in itself, is also a paradox, because childish thoughts are also most prominent in the ideals of a self-serving vision. That to gain attention and fame defines the leadership of a certain will, but that which lacks all the power to subsist. Yet, humankind insists on trying to achieve something, thinking as if life is a destination to be explored. But everything is a journey, and the desired destination equates to a never ending eternity. None of us won't live old enough to reach it that far.
Death, therefore, is what limits us to travel to eternity. It is nature's hindrance to an eternal plan. It has become an illusion, but seen entirely differently, not to journey forward and reach eternity by gazing at everything that there is. Our journey defines the eternal things that we are seeking for, through the human condition, difficult experiences and all philosophy that has been attached to it.
Therefore eternally, to live is to die. And to die with a cause improves the journey everyone else is travelling ahead. And to die with a purpose is to become an integral part of the journey, and eventually to belong in eternity.
It is, and will always be, a race against time.
