Chapter 141: Teleport

Adamus took the two Taxonomists into a journey through space and time, in a method called teleportation. Although the experience can be nasty for first-timers, Adamus had no choice but to bring them with him. They suddenly arrived at Fort Velocity.

"How did you do that?" Edgar asked, still feeling nauseous.

"There is no time to explain," Adamus replied. "Is that the entrance to Fort Velocity?

"Yes, it is. But we cannot stay here for so long because there are security cameras everywhere." It was Kirk who answered him.

"Very well," Adamus said. He took out his Orchestra Baton and aimed it at the gate, ready to summon a Mythical Creature.

"Fidem!"

His mind has imagined a phoenix, and the summoning has been successful. The phoenix then entered the facility like a smoke. He just hoped that nobody will detect it.

"What was that?" Edgar asked again, looking very confused. His face is a picture of mixed wonder and the look of horror.

Adamus searched for the security cameras and pointed his Orchestra Baton to its direction.

"Specolum!" 

The song hit it at once, producing visible notes in the process. It is going to be enough to erase any evidence that it may have regarding their brief intrusion.

He then grabbed the arms of the two Taxonomists to perform another teleportation. "I am sorry boys, but we need to do this again."

And just like that, they vanished into thin air.
