Chapter Fourteen: The Dangerous Rhetoric

He was too quick to be cornered. He used his fountain pen to escape the grasp of the dangerous lizards. They were engaged in a battle. These lizards are hungry, alright. They kept fighting. More daggers were drawn, but the dangerous lizards were too quick themselves. The hunter was hasty, but so are the enemy.

These dangerous lizards came from a fable known to the City before as the Three Tales of Old. They were once kind hearted species known to everyone, but the Dangerous Rhetoric was unleashed by the evil scientists. As the Last Days unfold, the mythical species were poisoned by these rhetorics, turned against each other, and the Literary Committee was stunned by such grievous treachery.

The hunter respond to the name of Henry, and he is determined to fight back. Quick, focused. He trained for this. He is willing to give everything he has to see the liberation of his people. The Literary Committee will come back stronger. It will give the humanity of their people on a time allotted by their common destiny. The Agreement will prevail.

He was still fighting, and one of his daggers wounded a dangerous lizard! It countered, but he avoided the attack just in time. "You want worms, buddy?" He chuckled.

That sent the pack of lizards away. He could see the blood from the lizard squirted into the soil, and it produced one of the sweatest mushrooms there is. Just as he like it. "At least, tonight's supper will be very tasty," he said to himself happily.

Everyday, hunters like Henry risk their lives hunting for food, and most of the time they succeed. They want the dangerous lizards to bleed, and the dangerous lizards wanted their worms. It is a survival they called balance of evil. They all need to survive until the time has come.

Victims are they, of course. All of them must survive until the light shines upon them.
