Chapter 118: The Ambassador

Supreme Leader Fabian XVII of the Unicorns summoned the Ambassador of the West Tripet before the Great Cube, where the Council of Horns are one of the members of the court. The Supreme Leader was standing in front of his horns, while the Assembly stands to his left. The Ambassador seems a bit surprised of this call, and he senses a great ordeal of danger ahead of the meeting.

The West Tripet is a small Islet off the east coast, very near the territory of the Unicorns. Its inhabitants, called the Warlocks, are very much dependent on its trade with their closest neighbors, and a strained relationship with them must be avoided in every way possible.

Once the Ambassador arrived at the Great Cube, the unicorns are eyeing him with some hint of disdain, very accusive and retaliatory. He has heard the news of course, and he has prepared himself to be questioned. The Warlocks have absolutely no business messing up with the unicorns. Trade policies are the top priority, and not even the slightest of offending their sentiments is ever to be hoped for.

As he walked inside the Great Cube, he was escorted by the guards to the Supreme Hall, where the Council sits. He does not usually worry about diplomatic affairs, but today he wasn't sure why he was extremely nervous.

"Mr. Ambassador," says the Supreme Leader Fabian XVII. "Now, tell us, why are we under attack and what is the motive?"
