Chapter 116: The Demon in Trouble

He was not supposed to feel this way, but he is feeling it nonetheless. It does not want to leave him, and it has becoming a persistent problem in his distracted mind that it starts occupying his thoughts, and his inner motivation. It is slowly creeping into his consciousness, and that is not a good sign.

He keeps on shrugging the thought, but it immediately springs back that it hurts his feelings. Everytime he saw that girl, everything stopped for him, the universe suddenly halted revolving, and a raging fire was burning inside him. He knows what this feeling is, but he does not want to admit it to himself, for fear of tribulation.

It was love. He knows it. But he cannot be an agent of love, for darkness tightly envelope him. His feelings have found the wrong place to be, but maybe something good might grow from the darkness of the abyss. Inside him has no light for love to live.

Yet, it was inside him. He feels it through even though his heart was never beating. This phenomenon has started to worry him, and that is not a good sign. The light may instantly kill him, and once discovered, Lucifer might execute him for high treason.

He does not want to expire that way, so he was consciously setting aside the thought. He simply cannot be attracted for someone. It is not in his character to be in-love. Love is a curse. Love is a tragedy.

But maybe because the reason why he was feeling this love is because he was cursed to feel it. A simple tragedy is all it takes to give love a bad name. It is what it is, for love sometimes hurts more to the person who feels it.

Whatever this love and attraction might lead him, he shall need to be careful. A love blosoming only to end tragic and bitterly cannot simply satisfy the reasons of the Devil, to take the chance without hesitation. 

Extreme care is so important.
