Chapter 110: The Industrial Secrets

Jerome was still shaking from what vision he saw. The experiments that have been conducted so far were working very well, and all of their hypotheses has been proven to be correct. In fact, it was so correct that it became so eerily accurate. So accurate.

He saw a terrible vision, and he wasn't sure if his mind has been corrupted or altered, like a computer engineer might do to a computer. Especially machine learning. For a while, he felt he was a complete machine without his own free will, and rather controlled by artificial intelligence. A robot.

"We will all be dead, Gerard. We all gonna die!"

Gerard only nodded. This experiment with the Dangerous Lizards have been a product of literature after all. Humanity will eventually kill humanity. It is only a matter of time. This has been the propaganda ever since, advocating for the establishment of the perfect order. But, this vision has been very apocalyptic. The perfect order will banish, too, in the end.

Jerome suddenly felt his consciousness again. He looked Gerard straight in the eye, with a hint of unmistakable horror.

"Fort Velocity must be stopped."
