Chapter 127: The First Year Curriculum

Angel Adamus looked at how badly the Taxonomists were suffering, still studying at the emergency situation in front of him. He remembered so well his First Year Curriculum and how badly he had performed in his History of Thoughts (HTHO 10) subject, but rather than being embarassed he actually laugh at how it actually turned out in the end.

The Descriptive Title of this particular course has caught his attention early on, and while it was particularly challenging he did not loathe it, not in a single chance. It was funny that he's been recollecting these memories while an emergency situation is in front of him, but he simply cannot help it.

History of Thoughts 10 is about the Fundamentals of Thinking, a course that is supposed to be an easy pass, with all its simplicity and upfront theoretical discussion. But he took it from a Professor so notorious about his examinations that he found himself in a difficult position for an introductory course that he shouldn't even caught to be bothered.

Yet, this introductory course has a lot of meaning, which is very crucial for the success of in the First Year Curriculum. Many thoughts are discussed in a complex process, from evil to good, from hate to love, from hope to sanctification.

He knew how the thoughts of these Taxonomists have been altered by the embedded chips in their arms, and this very fact further complicate matters. He needed to tap into their soul in order to block the hypocritical syndrome from further invading their consciousness.

He remembered one particular case in his HTHO 10 that ultimately resembled the situation in front of him. He did not ace the test, but at least he knew very well on what needs to be done. He did a mental note to thank his professor later.

He took his orchestra baton and pointed it to their heads, whispering, "Specolum!"

As the song hit them, he slowly made his journey inside their thoughts, blocking the hypocrisy from entering their souls. It was a little tricky to navigate, but at least he later remembered that he aced all of his other courses for him not to do this correctly.
