Chapter Eighty Eight: The Miracle Services

All the elixirs that have been made, whether it was episcopal or made by the authority of the Seal of St Michael, has received popularity in the ranks of the Legion of Angels, although most angels from the Room Above would contend its efficacy. The Miracle Service employs the best potioneers, all of whom know this with profound confidence, and all are simply loud and proud.

The contest for the best service in the Heavenly Hosts started as a friendly competition among the three supreme Archangels--St Michael, St Gabriel, and St Raphael--and the most esteemed has been debated for centuries. St Raphael, who is the patron of the Miracle Service, has a reputation for humility, so not much is said about his faction of service.

Elixir making has since been used for miraculous healing, when the angels battle for goodness, whether it was a simple wound or persistent battle scars. But as ages went by, potioneers have developed from defense support to full battle cry with their development of poisons that supplement the armory.

The Chief Potioneer was currently reviewing the scrolls for new candidate elixirs when he received the news. The Literary Committee has used their graffiti, an ink of great miracles, in their bid to fulfill the Agreement. It came to him as a surprise that they are pursuing their bid to liberate humanity in such a short period of time.

He remembered it too well how the Room Above deployed this concoction, a severe poison that can only be cured by miraculous hands, although scientific discovery may well sabotage everything. He knew this all along, and he will not let wicked deception ruin everything as planned. They have to move very quickly now.

Nothing should escape. Nothing.
