Chapter 177: Earl's Massachu Experience
Earl, the scientist who was murdered at Fort Velocity, cannot believe what he was seeing. It was blinding to see, with so much light too bright for his eyes to tolerate, but he is a ghost now and he was not supposed to have a physical pair of eyes. But he is there, seeing it clearly. The energy from the Massachu simply prevents blindness, and now it is possible for him to see albeit the ball of light was too bright and shining.
The Massachu emits a certain energy which affects the atomic structure of Ghosts, like an electric current that flows from the source to his systemic composition. But nobody knows any scientific knowledge about the Ghosts yet, so he simply cannot have known for certain as well.
Normally, the Massachu feeds with the chemical composition of Ghosts, which is mostly gas and complex electrons. But Earl's experience has been different. Instead of feeding on him, he was feeding from the Massachu, which is a far more dangerous thing he doesn't know yet. It is, indeed, far too perilous to endure.
He wasn't able to notice it at first. But as the moment quickly passed by, he noticed that he was inhaling the light emitted by the Massachu. Then, he saw visible changes as he started to form a new body. The ball of light continued to enter his nostril, and then a sudden explosion happened. It was a big bang.
He was a new being now. And much more powerful.
